Decision communication – August 16 at the latest
Registration – September 1 through October 24
Conference dates: October 25 (Pre-Conference Workshops), and October 26 through 28 Conference days.
New deadline for abstract submission is on July 22nd on or before 11:59 p.m. Costa Rica time.

Please look for the instructions on how to send abstracts in the “more” tab. All abstracts must be submitted in the “My documents”
page/tab once you have created your user account.
